You will be responsible for the following:

Provide administrative support for clinical programmes (e.g. Dementia, Geriatrics and Mental Health) driven by the department of Clinical Services:

Programme development, contract management, budgeting, meeting arrangements
Coordination of training needs and sessions
Timely submissions of programme reports, claims and data
Programme evaluation
Collaborating with senior clinicians, internal and external stakeholders on processes and workflows, teaching/training sessions.
Data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and ensuring accuracy/integrity of data outcomes
Reviewing clinical policies and documents.
Secretariat support to department and senior management meetings including minutes writing.
Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Note: This is a fully administrative role with no patient-fronting duties.
Requirements

A degree in a relevant field or related discipline is preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical services, clinical programmes
Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills
Possess good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Meticulous and good organizational skills
Able to multi-task and work under tight timelines
Proficient with MS Office applications, with intermediate-advance Microsoft Excel skills
Experience in data analytical tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence would be advantageous
