Senior/ Assistant Manager, Clinical Services (2 Year Renewable Contract)

Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide administrative support for clinical programmes (e.g. Dementia, Geriatrics and Mental Health) driven by the department of Clinical Services:
  • Programme development, contract management, budgeting, meeting arrangements
  • Coordination of training needs and sessions
  • Timely submissions of programme reports, claims and data
  • Programme evaluation
  • Collaborating with senior clinicians, internal and external stakeholders on processes and workflows, teaching/training sessions.
  • Data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and ensuring accuracy/integrity of data outcomes
  • Reviewing clinical policies and documents.
  • Secretariat support to department and senior management meetings including minutes writing.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Note: This is a fully administrative role with no patient-fronting duties.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field or related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical services, clinical programmes
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills
  • Possess good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and good organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight timelines
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, with intermediate-advance Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in data analytical tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence would be advantageous
