Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute communications campaigns for programmes, initiatives, innovations, and people, including social media content. Develop and implement staff engagement initiatives to strengthen organisational culture. Provide strategic communications advice, including branding and editorial support to internal teams. Contribute to crisis communications planning and participate in emergency preparedness exercises.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in communications, with a proven track record managing campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of communication channels and tools, including social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative, meticulous, and results-driven. Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic workplace.
