Job Title: Senior Assistant Manager, Data Science & Analytics

Job Location: South West SingaporeWe\'re seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should be a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for innovation and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. Your role will be critical in pushing the boundaries of our Generative AI applications, and your contributions will be vital to our success.Position Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at Alexandra Hospital, you will oversee the entire development of our bot-AI application, playing a pivotal role in advancing our Generative AI initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and high usability standards. Collaborating closely with our Product Design, UI/UX, and Infrastructure teams, you will contribute to the overall architecture and implementation of cutting-edge technologies.Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance both client-side and server-side components of our bot- AI applications, with a focus on improving user experience and usability.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including overseeing AWS DevOps and infrastructure administration.
• Implement best practices in software development, including creating reusable, modular, and testable code.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design, UI/UX, and Infrastructure teams to ensure cohesive and innovative development.
• Maintain and optimize existing systems while implementing new features.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and ensure the overall quality of code.

Job RequirementsBasic Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development, including both client-side and server-side applications.

Recent graduates with substantial project work are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript or Python.
• Understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks like React/Vue

will be an added advantage

• Experience with API development and software integration techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS DevOps, infrastructure administration, and deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of large language models (LLM) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of container technology, cloud infrastructure, and relevant deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and database schema design.
