Job Description
The Restructuring and Insolvency Senior / Assistant Manager conducts market research and financial analyses. He/She participates in business development and stakeholder interactions and manages the restructuring and insolvency processes for the client engagements that he/she is responsible for. Adherence to standards of ethics and maintain quality assurance in processes is expected of the role.
Responsibilities
Analyse historical financial performance and perform cash flows analyses Conduct and review financial analyses, financial statements review and assess business performance Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in complex liquidations and restructurings Generate ideas and solutions as well as review proposed recommendations for improving liquidity, credit availability, and creditor return Prepare documents for sales of distressed assets Research and provide recommendations on simplifying legal entity structures of clients Prepare correspondence to clients with creditors during restructuring or insolvency Manage project and guide the team to execute the judicial management, receivership and liquidation Gather relevant data and information to develop a proposal and/or scheme of arrangement Prepare of business proposals and pitch documents Build internal and external relationships to drive business development strategies
Requirements
Background in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or other relevant field At least 3 to 5 years' experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring Member of ISCA preferred but not necessary Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions Tenacious and willing to learn on the job Excellent written, oral and presentation skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong team player
