Job Title : Senior Assistant Manager, Inclusion & Integration Advancement
Job Type : Permanent/Contract
Job Location : Nanyang AvenueJob Responsibilities

• Evaluate inclusion and integration policy and practice gaps by researching and benchmarking vis-\xc3\xa0-vis published evidence and international best practice.
• Support Inclusion & Integration Unit\'s strategic engagement of staff, faculty, and students from Offices, Schools, Student Organisations, and Hall Councils, on inclusion and integration matters.
• Co-develop and implement strategic, outcomes-driven, data- and evidence-based inclusion and integration initiatives to raise awareness and adoption of inclusive and integrative policies and practices.
• Analysis of data and preparation of strategic inclusion and integration reports for senior management.

Job Requirements

• A good degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognised university
• At least 6 years of relevant experience supporting strategic planning and/or social innovation in the inclusion and integration space.
• Strong interest in social inclusion and integration matters.
• Strong strategic, critical, and innovative thinking abilities.
• Enjoys working in a complex and constantly changing environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work collaboratively with university students and colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office application software.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis (SPSS, R or Python) would be an advantage.
