Job Scopes
  • Ensure processes are in accordance to SOP to create a positive experience for all patients
  • Work with stakeholders to optimise outpatient journey with digitalisation
  • Involve in development plans and expansion of IT systems through coordination with stakeholders for outpatient service standards
  • Ensure that the workflows for new and existing services are reviewed and streamlined in accordance to MOH
  • Participate in projects for outpatient services through procurement planning and management
