As an Senior / Assistant Manager, Social Care, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Formulate strategies and workplans to strengthen NUHS' role in new health and social policies, and promote social-health integration.
Identify collaboration opportunities and engage regularly with agencies, community partners, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
Lead end-to-end project management for assigned collaborations and initiatives.
Stay updated on developments and trends in the health and social care landscape.
Provide secretariat support to facilitate progress and discussions within assigned portfolios.
Requirements:
Degree in any related field.
Possess 5 years of experience in healthcare sector.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
