The School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB), is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior/Assistant Manager to join our team. The School is committed to developing programmes that offer cutting-edge lifelong learning solutions and globally recognized qualification accessible by aspiring professionals and lifelong learner.This incumbent plays a critical role in supporting the school\xe2\x80\x99s graduate studies and research office in outreach, student recruitment, admission and examination functions to attract the best students to apply. This role reports to the Associate Chair and Assistant Chair of the Graduate Studies and Research.The main responsibilities are:Support the Graduate Studies and Research Office of CCEB\xe2\x80\x99s administration.Assist Associate Chair and Assistant Chair of CCEB Graduate Studies and Program Directors in planning and executing outreach to attract high-caliber applicants and admission and operations for incoming and existing studentsTo provide visual creation for social media, EDMs, and other online and offline channelsSupport the office in meeting recruitment goals such as attending to enquiries, event execution and participation, and other assigned tasks.Efficient administration and processing of applications from submission to matriculation, admission, academic services and examinationsPlan and organise research seminar workshops for current students and research staff in NTU.Finance budgeting of the Graduate office in terms of daily operations, seminars, workshops for CCEB faculty and studentsOther administrative duties to facilitate a smooth academic operation in CCEB.Key competencies and qualification requirements:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in science/engineering/business administration, Education, or a related field; candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience may also be considered.Administration management, experienced in postgraduate programmes.Excellent knowledge of Higher Educational landscapeAt least five years of working experience, with a minimum of three years of experience in academic settings. Experience in science-related fields will be advantageous.Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skillsStrong analytical skills to interpret and assess strategic organizational impactsTeam player with a strong ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills that are persuasive, influential and compelling.Hiring Institution: NTU
