Ensure all boats have up to date licenses and insurance
Email blast to boaters \xe2\x80\x93 newsletters, memo, cease of services, etc
Car park registration, administration and car passes issuance \xe2\x80\x93 Monthly and ad-hoc
Attend to walk-in customer, answering phone calls and email queries
Facial and fingerprint registration, administration, resolving system issues such as arranging for vendor to come down onsite to take a look. If necessary to change certain parts, proceed with purchasing procedure and ensure until final stage where vendor\xe2\x80\x99s invoice is being paid
All MMS-related such as invoicing, receipting including monthly Giro receipts and payment received by email and bank , check-in/check-out for utilities, creating rental line, creating boats and customers records, monthly keying in of meter readings and sending of weekly Statement, daily Bank Deposit closing (BD) and sending payment links after Batch Processing as well as when customers require
Mooring letter/handover agency letter issuance/informing customers on Annual Port Dues and charging to account/Cruising Permit
Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level or equivalent
Pleasant personality and good service attitude
Proficient in MS Office
Comfortable with technology, and adoption of systems
Strong service orientation and possess inclination and ability to handle customers
Ability to multi-task under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and take stress
