Job Description

You will be responsible for reviewing and/or developing of airside driving and vehicle licensing policies and safety requirements to enable Changi Airport to deliver good safety performance. On a routine basis, you are required to manage roadway and parking matters to ensure the safe passage of personnel, assets and equipment operating and traversing within the airside of Changi Airport.

You will be involved in the running of the Airside Driving Center, which includes the training, certification, processing of permits and related publications. You can also be expected to lead and drive safety initiatives e.g. fleet management and it\'s use cases to improve existing processes to achieve operational excellence and safety performance. Additionally, you will also be expected to drive and implement processes transformation of the Airside Driving Center.

Projects which you can expect to work on include implementing policies and plans to support Changi\'s electrification targets for vehicles operating in the airside so as to achieve our sustainability aspirations.

Requirements:

• Good degree in any discipline, 0 -2 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably with knowledge of aviation, safety risk management and/or workplace safety management.
• Able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to all levels and different stakeholders.
• Good communication, written and presentation skills.
