You would be responsible for envisioning and working closely with our airport partners and internal stakeholders to transform the work place at Changi Airside. This includes introducing or enhancing facilities and amenities (e.g. cafes, staff lounges) and implementing appreciation initiatives for the airside workforce. The candidate will also be required to roll out performance recognition programme to reward airside personnel who met performance indicators. Additionally, he/she is required to review policies relating to heat stress, haze management, develop initiatives to alleviate their impact on airside workers, and take on projects relating to enhancing the airside workplace.
