CAG Finance has embarked on a Transformation journey to radically transform our processes and job roles. We are looking for a skilled automation developer to join our Digital Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions which includes Robotic Process Automation, app development, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Apart from having experience in low code development, the candidate should also have a strong understanding of software development principles.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business processes, current and anticipated outcomes.
• Develop quality RPA bots and automation solutions based on best practices, while ensuring scalability, security and maintainability. Automations must be aligned with the organization\'s IT policy.
• Prepare Solution Design Document, Code Review Checklist, and automation / app handover documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices are adopted.
• Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure proper testing before deployment.
• Conduct sessions to familiarize Business Owners with new automated processes.
• Provide maintenance support, troubleshoot errors, identify root cause, and provide timely resolution for all existing RPA and app solutions.
• Support Business Users in subsequent enhancements / change requests as and when required.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI / RPA technology, tools and industry best practices.
• Identify automation opportunities and propose continuous improvement to existing processes with latest developments in AI / RPA technology.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology disciplines.
• Obtained UiPath RPA Advanced Developer Certification and/or Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in programming (VB, .NET), Power Platform & UiPath implementation. Experience in AI development / working experience in automating Finance processes is a distinct advantage.
• Understanding of existing digital technologies in Robotics & AI areas as well as the capabilities of each technology tool.
• Proven hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining application codes. Comfortable with maintaining & working on codes developed by other developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box.
• Ability to appreciate the importance of UX sensibilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Team player with a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, manage change, and tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, maintaining a high level of efficiency and work quality.
• Strong interest and passion to upskill and improve RPA skills and knowledge.

A three year contract will be offered in the first instance, with the possibility of subsequent renewal based on performance and projects.
