Duties & Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate/Assistant Manager in HR Operations, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Supporting HR business process re-engineering initiatives and User-Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Collaborating with supporting units and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify inefficiencies in existing processes, enhancing business requirements through process streamlining and automation.
  • Leading the daily operations of our HR Ops department and providing coordination support to other business units.
  • Executing payroll tasks related to benefits, compensation, salary changes, and attendance verification in accordance with established operating procedures and deadlines.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR and payroll processes.
  • Resolving workplace conflicts, addressing staff grievances, handling disciplinary issues, and managing terminations.
  • Undertaking general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
Skills & Experience

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Profound understanding of the Employment Act and local labor legislation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP HR Module.
  • Strong ability to articulate and conceptualize ideas.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent decision-making.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking skills.
  • A team player who is meticulous and resourceful.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in all analyses.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
