What the role is:You will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies and programmes in one of these areas: \xe2\x80\xa2 Performance Management, Compensation and Payroll, Competency and Leadership Development to attract and build a talented workforce in MOF; or \xe2\x80\xa2 Talent Attraction and Retention as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)What you will be working on:You will enjoy a range of opportunities to lead and participate in initiatives to bring out the best in our employees, including collaborating with different stakeholders to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, refresh and administer frameworks and plans to support organisational priorities and build a talented workforce; \xe2\x80\xa2 Align the HR programmes and activities to MOF\'s strategies and partner with the other HR functional areas to deliver HR programmes and support; and/or \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide effective advice in the areas of Resourcing, Employee Compensation and Benefits, Retention and Career Development.What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a HR professional \xe2\x80\xa2 Forward-thinking with a passion for people matters, a desire to serve people, and a commitment to excellence \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage people at all levels \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with HR data analytics
