Senior Associate/ Associate (human Resource)

What the role is:You will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies and programmes in one of these areas: Performance Management, Compensation and Payroll, Competency and Leadership Development to attract and build a talented workforce in MOF; or Talent Attraction and Retention as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)What you will be working on:You will enjoy a range of opportunities to lead and participate in initiatives to bring out the best in our employees, including collaborating with different stakeholders to: Develop, refresh and administer frameworks and plans to support organisational priorities and build a talented workforce; Align the HR programmes and activities to MOF's strategies and partner with the other HR functional areas to deliver HR programmes and support; and/or Provide effective advice in the areas of Resourcing, Employee Compensation and Benefits, Retention and Career Development.What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a HR professional Forward-thinking with a passion for people matters, a desire to serve people, and a commitment to excellence A team player, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage people at all levels Experience with HR data analytics
