Who we're looking for
We are seeking a strategic thinker to join our team as a Strategist at the Senior Associate/Associate Manager level. In this role, you'll drive data-informed strategies that deliver measurable client outcomes across our diverse portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities

• Lead objective setting, research, and strategy development for client campaigns
• Develop comprehensive, data-driven campaign strategies based on competitive analysis
• Establish clear, measurable KPIs and targets for PR outcomes and ROI
• Present strategic recommendations to clients with clear rationales
• Manage internal team workflows and client relationships
• Provide guidance to junior team members
• Balance multiple client projects while maintaining quality standards

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in strategic planning, communications strategy, or related role
• Proficiency with news and social media listening platforms, specifically Meltwater, Talkwalker, and Factiva
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with competitive analysis and market research
• Excellent presentation and client communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail
• Technical knowledge of media measurement and analytics frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with earned media, PR metrics, and additional social listening tools
• Familiarity with marketing attribution models and ROI measurement
• Knowledge of digital analytics platforms and data visualization tools
• Industry expertise across multiple sectors, including but not limited to: Tech, F&B, Luxury Consumer Goods, Automotives and Corporate Communications
