The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
Handles full spectrum of payroll administration for entities (including CPF & tax submission)
Prepares monthly headcount, payroll reconciliation report and other payroll related reports
Co-ordinates with finance division on monthly treasury provision for payroll related activities and payroll reconciliation
Ensures general ledger journal generation to finance division for completed payroll processing
Processes & verifies statutory claims like NS leave and government paid leave
Assists with queries from auditors for payroll related audit exercise
Attends to employees' queries on salary matters
Work closely, independently and proactively with consultants and bank officers for payroll related issues and system errors/upgrades & enhancements
Verifies payroll entries for entities
Maintains up to date archival of payroll records
Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Background in HR operations will be advantageous
Meticulous with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
