DBS\' Private Banking offers a one-stop, full-service touch-point for total banking requirements and provides the highest level of personalised banking. We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client\'s needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Front office staff CACS CPD training hours for submission to IBF.
• Liaise with external training vendors on program management, scheduling, and billing.
• Assist in preparation of training logistics.
• Conduct stakeholders\' surveys and interviews.
• Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
• Track and compile collected data to demonstrate training effectiveness.
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
• Communicate training needs and online resources.
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
• Test and review created materials.
• Maintain a database of all training materials.
• Facilitate new and existing Reps training, onboarding and re-tooling.
• Conduct training through new and existing materials.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or a related field.
• Certification from talent and training associations is a plus (e.g. ACLP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Ability to code in VBA for Excel is a plus.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and best practices for teaching platforms is a plus (e.g. Articulate 360).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Organized with the ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
