Group Compliance Program Management

• Assists the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer in the development, establishment, communication and maintenance of the Compliance Program
• Ensure proper monitoring and reporting of the organization\'s compliance under the Aboitiz Feedall Compliance Program
• Assist in the assessment, evaluation and regular review of the policies and practices under the Aboitiz Feedall Compliance Program
• Conducts compliance assurance activities and compliance audits

Privacy and Competition Risk Management

• Assist the Group Data Protection Officer and the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer in the management and oversight of the Group Data Protection Program;
• Ensure proper monitoring and reporting of the organization\'s Competition Program
• Identifies potential areas of vulnerability and risks, proposes corrective actions and assists in the implementation of measures of problematic issues
• Conducts compliance assurance activities and compliance audits

Government and Regulatory Updates

• Works with External Relations Team to ensure that the group is updated on legislative and regulatory developments and that changes and updates are interpreted and applied correctly
• Co-ordinates with relevant government and other external networks for a better understanding and familiarity with the regulatory environment
• Advises BU management on regulatory changes and trends affecting the status of current compliance activities

Training and Educational Programs

• Ensures that relevant stakeholders are kept fully abreast of the changes in and impact of developments and requirements in laws and regulations of compliance-related laws in countries in which the organization operates in;
• Prepare information cascades, educational materials and training programs, e-learning modules, seminars and workshops on compliance policies and requirements

Whistleblowing and Investigations

• Assists the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer in the operation of the whistleblowing platform including the preparation of reports and management of investigations

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Compliance
• Proficient in any KYC tool
• Proficient in the Chinese and/or Malaysian languages are highly preferred
