Perform documentation checks and ensure facility and collateral documents are in compliance with approved terms in credit memos.
Perform pre-activation checks to ensure conditions precedents are met, collaterals in place and compliance with internal policies, procedures and guidelines prior to activation of credit facilities.
Follow up with law firm on security documents registration and perfection.
Maintain and perform system updates for activation / revision of credit facilities.
Monitoring outstanding documents, covenants and insurance policies.
Prepare and generate escalation reports on a timely basis.
Process cancellation of credit facilities and redemption of mortgage.
Collaborate with business, product stakeholders and credit partners to review and improve end to end processes including automation and digitization.
Participate in projects and user acceptance testing.
Perform administrative functions as may be directed by supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
University Degree in Business / Accountancy / Banking & Finance with minimum 6 years' experience in similar field
Good understanding of credit control processes and risks
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications, Excel, Access and Powerpoint
Analytical and meticulous with an eye for detail
Able to organize, prioritize and mult-task, work independently and under pressure
Able to embrace changes and challenges
Positive attitude & a team worker
Knowledge of banking and financial services in Consumer / Wealth Management banking is an advantage
