Responsibilities:

• Drive Cognitive and Automated Banking initiatives thru Machine Learning models development and automation of Control Towers/Alerts.

• Utilise Data Driven Operating Model (DDOM) to maximise value from data and drive business management and shared goals with Consumer Banking Partners.

• Accelerate Control Towers development with visualizations and present clear, concise and actionable insights to the key partners.

• Leverage on data to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and lead discussions.

• Deepening analytics insights, drive rapid experimentations and interpretation of results to enable learnings and quick evolution of business strategies.

• Strong SQL, Python, SAS, MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills

• Minimum 5 years of business analytics / data analytics working experience

• Working knowledge of data visualisation tools, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview

• Degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computing or related disciplines.

• Team Player with ability to work independently around tight deadlines and able to prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Self-driven, passionate with a strong desire to learn to develop professionally.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
