Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

This role resides within the IBG Digital function which sets and executes the Digital Channels strategy across products and segments regionally for our corporate customers. As a Digital Channels Product Manager, this role will be part of the team managing the web and mobile banking digital channels for our corporate customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Digital Channels roadmap ensuring the product meets customer needs.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including in-country product and digital teams to understand customer needs and co-develop digital propositions and capabilities to support the country/segment strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, technology, operations, marketing, legal and compliance to bring high quality solutions to life, on time.
  • Design and manage product communications including external and internal feature announcements, reference materials, press releases, and adoption campaigns, in partnership with marketing & countries.
  • Drive adoption of digital solutions across the region working together with in-country product and digital channels teams.
  • Define and Measure quantitative and qualitative Key Performance Indicators to demonstrate progress towards digital adoption and other business objectives.
  • Conduct market and client analysis, using tools including client interviews, user feedback, customer experience monitoring to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience with 3+ years in the product management, preferably in corporate banking space.
  • Passion for customer and their experience.
  • Experience in client facing or client service roles is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data, analytics and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to lead and work with large cross-functional teams.
  • Team player with ability to evidence leadership and build consensus while working with large cross functional teams. Demonstrated ability to proactively solicit input and involve others in decisions and plans that affect them.
  • Excellent verbal, digital, and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience with Design Thinking, Lean Product/UX methodologies, Agile/Scaled Agile Framework, and related tools like JIRA, Confluence is a plus.
