As a Business Continuity Management Associate Engineer, you will be part of the documentation team assisting with the assessment of risk and recommendation of risk treatment. The person in this role are responsible to ensure the team to achieve objectives of BCM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proper documentation of Networks Group\'s Business Continuity Management (BCM) Policy & Guidelines, Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, and Business Continuity Plan must be done and is required.
• The risk/threats arising from changes in the regulatory, organizational structure, people, process, and environment must be reviewed and assessed, and this is required.
• It is required to recommend risk treatment for identified risks to the BCMS Steering Committee.
• The Annual Network Call Tree Exercise must be conducted, and this is required.
• Working actively with team members to drive Annual Network Exercise is a must-do and is required.
• Implementing programs such as BCM-related training modules or workshops to improve BCM Awareness is required.
• Close collaboration with Network stakeholders to ensure successful BCM ISO 22301 certification audits, conducted annually, is required.
• Supporting BCM Lead to work with Division BCM representative for all BCM-related activities, including Covid-19 activities, to ensure all timelines are met is a must-do and is required.

Requirements:

• Minimally Diploma is required
• Minimally 1 years\' experience working in a similar role doing Business Continuity Management Programme.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and project management skills
