Maintain proper documentation of Networks Group Business Continuity Management (BCM) Policy & Guidelines, Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plan
Review and assess risk/threats arising from changes in the regulatory, organization structure, people, process and environment
Recommend risk treatment for identified risks to BCMS Steering Committee
Conduct Annual Network Call Tree Exercise
Work actively with team members to drive Annual Network Exercise
Implement programs such as BCM-related training modules or workshops to improve BCM Awareness
Collaborate closely with Network stakeholders to ensure successful BCM ISO 22301 certification audits, conducted annually
Support BCM Lead to work with Division BCM representative for all BCM related activities including Covid-19 activities, to ensure all timeline are met

The Ideal candidate should possess:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a similar role doing Business Continuity Management Programme. Prior working experience in Telecommunications or Information Technology Company would be advantageous
Good report writing skills
Conversant in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and able to adapt to a dynamic environment
