Job Description

Changi Airport Group (CAG) welcomes you to join our Corporate and Marketing Communications team for this new role that couples external and internal communications.

External communication sets the tone for all outgoing communications to CAG\'s stakeholders. You need a good understanding of Changi Airport and be able to shape messages for the airport\'s different audiences in an accurate, timely and informative way. Key to this role is the ability to work closely with management and frontline colleagues to put together a strong communications plan, to create awareness of what Changi has to offer, and to confidently engage the media and online publications.

Internal communication is the other equally important half of the role. You will keep CAG employees informed and engaged, to build community among staff and management by strengthening trust and respect. You need to be comfortable with getting to know the different CAG leaders and colleagues, to understand CAG inside out and how it ticks. Must-haves for the role include a good listening ear, an eye for detail, the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, a passion for great story telling, and rallying colleagues towards a common CAG goal.

Requirements:

• Good Degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

• Works well in teams, motivated to do well, resourceful, and passionate about communicating with external and internal audiences.
