Job Description

Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over a million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered. You will be a valued member of our Finance team, responsible for the routine financial operations of the business. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of all transactions and providing valuable financial information to guide business decisions. As part of a rapidly growing organization, you will contribute to the strengthening of internal finance processes and supporting business needs.
You will be part of a team that oversees the global financial operations of Secretlab and its collaborative programs with world-renowned brands, including Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organizers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.
Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly inventory reports, ensuring alignment with the operations team on quantities.
• Monitor and manage monthly pre-order sales quantities and values.
• Review and execute inventory reconciliations and adjustments in the ERP system, collaborating with the Operations team to address any discrepancies.
• Assist in monitoring Shopify integration, making necessary adjustments if orders fail to integrate.
• Verify and record sales data, preparing management accounts for Business Development countries and Amazon accounts on a monthly basis.
• Review annual reports for regional markets (e.g., Korea, Japan, China).
• Provide financial support to regional teams, addressing issues related to store top-ups and payments.
• Ensure close monitoring of the accuracy of inventory levels and purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Coordinate annual stock counts in collaboration with the operations team.
• Handle audit-related matters and perform other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Accounting & Finance (or the equivalent), or relevant Diploma with 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
• Professional/ Internship experience with GL and operational processes.
• Tech-savvy individual with a demonstrated proficiency in utilizing digitally-enabled Finance/Accounting tools and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial processes.
• Strong communication skills and a team player with a positive attitude and a proactive willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, working efficiently with tight deadlines
