  • Demonstrate strong leadership and provide guidance, direction, and support to the operations team to inspire optimal performance.
Annual Exercise:
  • Coordinate OT exemption submissions, support BU moderation, and assist in wage restructuring exercises.
  • Facilitate internal and external HR audits.
Approval Matrix Maintenance:
  • Manage E-claim and ESS Leave Approval Matrices.
  • Maintain SAP SoD Authorization Matrix.
Staff Enquiries:
  • Provide HR advice and handle exceptional cases.
  • Represent BU in TADM cases, handle grievances, and assist in police investigations.
HR Function:
  • Manage disciplinary cases, transfers, offboarding level 1 approval, and probation confirmations.
Liaison with Other Departments:
  • Attend HR meetings, facilitate policy changes, and execute initiativ
  • Coordinate communication between BU and GHR/CROF.
Welfare and Reporting:
  • Plan and execute employee events, issue Fair Price Vouchers.
  • Prepare KRI reports and generate ad-hoc HR reports.
WSH Related:
  • Handle obituaries for workplace safety incidents.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and engage team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
