We are seeking a tech-savvy and proactive Senior Associate to drive innovation in smart facilities management operations. You will be part of the Integrated Facilities Management team, working alongside managers to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations through data-driven insights and preventive maintenance strategies.
Beyond supporting daily facilities management operations and coordinating with service providers, you will have the opportunity to lead the implementation of productivity and innovation projects, manage Alteration & Addition and minor improvement works. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and operational excellence.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
1-2 years in facilities management or cleaning operations with demonstrated exposure to automation, robotics, IoT or smart building technologies.
Proven track record of implementing technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience with data analysis for maintenance planning and performance optimisation is a plus.
Skills
Strong understanding of cleaning processes, building systems, and facilities management standards.
Ability to analyse operational data to identify trends, predict failures, and optimise maintenance schedules.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and team coordination skills will be essential.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in facility operations.
