Job Description

An international real estate investment manager, with its Asia headquarters based out of Singapore, is growing its Korean investor relations coverage and seeks a candidate with investor relations and fundraising experience and is fluent is Korean. The role covers fundraising, product management, investor relationships and communications. The Company prefer a candidate with real estate knowledge to join their team and support senior business development leaders in the business.

Role:

• Support for Singapore BD seniors
• Support business development efforts including drafting pitchbooks and other marketing material for APAC and Europe products and strategies
• To be a key investor relations contact for Korean institutional investors in existing APAC funds and European Funds and undertake work relating to all aspects of client servicing
• Keep abreast of client reporting, respond to client requests, support new client onboarding, responding to ad-hoc queries
• Manage RFPs and DDQs, and upkeep databases
• Assist with investor marketing of the firm's various fund products, including preparing pitchbooks and presentations
• Work closely with other teams e.g. assist with investment mandates as necessary, work with fund and fund teams
• Assist with regional roll out of global IR initiatives
• Assist with formulating APAC client engagement strategy including planning and organizing investor events and content creation

Requirement

• 3+ years of experience in business development and investor relations in a real estate fund or real estate team within a bank or consultancy
• Understanding of Asian investors and multinational real estate fund managers
• Professional proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems and data rooms valued but not essential
• Fluency in Korean & English are essential (spoken and written)

Associate candidates with 3+ years of experience, or Manager level candidates with 5/6+ years of experience will be considered.
