Senior Associate (outreach And Events) Contract Till 30 Sep 2023
Job Description
The Senior Associate is to be responsible for the planning and implementation of outreach activities organized by the Partnership, Innovation and Enterpise office in SUTD. The successful candidate will work closely with internal (SUTD Faculty, researchers and Departments) and external stakeholders (educational organizations, companies, Government agencies) to ensure the delivery of these activities/programmes.
Roles and Responsibilities
Implement strategies and initiatives for industry engagement and development
Perform marketing and outreach to educational organizations, industry and agencies
Identify and promote funding and collaboration opportunities for outreach activities
Build networks with key partners
Work closely with SUTD faculty and researchers on all matters pertaining to outreach projects
Manage and monitor the project budget
Monitor and track the key performance indicators of projects
Skills / Experience Required
Bachelor's degree with at least 2-3 years of working experience in an outreach role Experience in account management including relationship building, interpersonal skills, negotiation and networking experience with industry
Experience in project and event management
Demonstrate interest in STEM research developments
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Demonstrate ability to work independently and in teams
