Primary Details Time Type: Full time

To support the end-to-end processing of multi-line insurance products, including medical policies, and contribute to operational excellence through active involvement in system testing, regulatory transmissions, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
The Opportunity

• Ensure 100% regulatory compliance with laws and industry codes.
• Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Process transactions and emails related to products, processes, and policies accurately.
• Provide personalised and quality service to meet customer expectations.

Your new role

• Call centre experience in insurance and/or banking industry with billing responsibilities.
• Increasing level of responsibility in call centre environment.
• Policy administration experience.

About you

• Demonstrated planning, prioritization and organization skills
• Strong client orientation/customer service skills
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
• Sound PC skills
• Professional qualification in insurance or related disciplines or degree holder preferred
• Relevant experience in general servicing and underwriting with at least 5 years in managerial capacity
• Advanced knowledge of insurance sales/business development function
