To support the end-to-end processing of multi-line insurance products, including medical policies, and contribute to operational excellence through active involvement in system testing, regulatory transmissions, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
The OpportunityEnsure 100% regulatory compliance with laws and industry codes. Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and clients. Process transactions and emails related to products, processes, and policies accurately. Provide personalised and quality service to meet customer expectations.

Your new roleCall centre experience in insurance and/or banking industry with billing responsibilities. Increasing level of responsibility in call centre environment. Policy administration experience.

About youDemonstrated planning, prioritization and organization skills Strong client orientation/customer service skills Strong analytical, leadership, communication & interpersonal skills Sound PC skills Professional qualification in insurance or related disciplines or degree holder preferred Relevant experience in general servicing and underwriting with at least 5 years in managerial capacity Advanced knowledge of insurance sales/business development function
