Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Deliver a joyful digital procurement employee journey, through supporting user in their queries, identifying the optimal approach to support user queries and ensure user\'s ease of use of procurement systems.

Perform and leverage data analytics to understand user needs, drive positive user behavior, identify opportunities to improve end to end employee journey, processes and control and governance.

Responsibilities

• Perform system administration, change management, incident management and problem investigation
• Provide end-user support and/or trainings on Procurement, Contracts Management and Expense systems/modules, support implementation of new initiatives, manage new feature enhancements and conduct best-practice sharing sessions with Singapore and regional locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve user and system support model, process flow, training, communications for Singapore and the regions.
• Perform data analytics and reports to derive and extract key data insights for risk management, controls and performance improvements.
• Track and report BAU operational and performance metrices

Requirements

• Degree with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Data Analytics and Procurement Operations
• Sound knowledge in IT literacy and applications, change management with good understanding of customer servicing concepts and staff claims process
• Competent in data reporting and visualization tools such as Python, Tableau and Power BI
• Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management
