This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to onboard new credit and debit card customers onto PayLah! and driving usage and engagement to influence the overall customer experiences for DBS customers on our digital platforms. You need to be passionate about digital payments, and be able to work with multiple stakeholders (internal/external) so to deliver on the broader digital roadmap for our consumer banking customers.

  • Define, develop and enhance the DBS Cards and PayLah usage journeys, ensuring seamless positive customer experiences to drive customer acquisition and engagement on our digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, to achieve shared business goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the onboarding and digital engagement journey to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Provide support in UAT and LV activities to ensure successful implementation and deployment of new features and enhancements.
  • Partner with other cross-functional teams across business units (i.e., Marketing, Business Analytics, Customer Experience Call Centre, Platform Management, Technology) to develop and continuously enhance card features, campaign processes and provide necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to PayLah! and digital wallets onboarding, usage and experiments, provide regular insights to stakeholders to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with Line Manager to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of working experience.
  • Experience with Payments (Digital Wallet, Credit Card, Banking, Online, Offline), especially with ecommerce systems, payments gateways and payment processors is highly valued.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills to work effectively and collaborate widely with cross-functional teams.
  • Influencing and collaborating with large technology/delivery teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to manage and influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Able to communicate technical and non technical requirements to different audience both internal/external
  • Customer centric, able to understand and anticipate what customers need.
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills and ability to collect and analyse data, establish facts, and make recommendations or decisions using data.
