Through our Active Ageing Centres, we engage seniors and support them by reaching out to them, understanding their needs, curating programmes that cater to those who are active, and befriending those who are isolated and vulnerable.
As a Programme Associate within Central Programme Management, you will be instrumental in advancing the AAC's mission and supporting the Senior Programme Manager in achieving the BU's objectives, targets, and key performance indicators, as set by management and funders.
You will need to:

  • Support Senior Programme Manager to power the rollout of innovative initiatives, sparking community connection, social bonding, and digital empowerment that bridges gaps and fuels a vibrant, tech-savvy community!
  • Partner closely with the Centre-in-charge to spearhead the seamless launch and delivery of our new active ageing programmes, ensuring a high-impact and engaging experience for our seniors involving digital technology
  • Conduct rigorous evaluations and reporting processes for funded programmes, ensuring data-driven insights and timely submissions that meet stakeholder expectations and inform future programme development.
  • Collaborate with Corp Comms to craft compelling marketing strategies and publicity materials that drive buzz and excitement around the launch of our active ageing programmes, inspiring seniors to take the first step towards a healthier, more vibrant lifestyle.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the successful delivery of programmes and services.
Qualifications:
You should:
  • Degree from any discipline
  • With internship or volunteering experience in community and eldercare setting preferred
  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Genuine interest to engage our seniors in the community
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Be proficient in Google Suite Applications
  • Prior experience in training and facilitation will be advantageous
