  • Strategic Account Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to conduct ongoing assessments of recruitment needs within the Business Unit (BU). Maintain a proactive dialogue to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify, source, and evaluate potential candidates, ensuring a robust and diverse talent pipeline. Consistently meet or exceed monthly recruitment targets.
  • Partnership Engagement: Foster productive partnerships with external stakeholders and actively participate in events and initiatives that drive recruitment efforts.
  • Process Documentation: Document and optimize recruitment processes to enhance knowledge retention and ensure clarity within the recruitment team.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and presentations to communicate recruitment trends and insights to senior management.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance requirements in all recruitment activities, maintaining zero breaches.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively recommend enhancements to existing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by immediate supervisors and managers to support team objectives.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies and sourcing techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethics.
