Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
You will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resource Department in either of the following areas:
HR Business Partner (HRBP) support
You will be partnering with HRBP to support the department(s) in areas such as:
- staff recruitment
- contract staff management
- staff entry/exit process administration
- payroll and benefits administration
- claims processing,
- manpower reporting
- overall HR administration.
- be the first point of contact for your department(s)
- help with HR queries.
- plan and implement HR projects such as employee engagement and recognition, staff welfare and HR events.
- Permanent
- Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday: 8.30am to 6pm
- Up to $3,300 (commensurate with relevant HR experience)

Requirements:
- Relevant training in Human Resource Management
- At least 2 years relevant experience in providing HR admin support
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and able to work independently
- Meticulous, with an eye for details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Process-minded and able to suggest workflow improvements
- Experience with SAP/Successfactor system will be an added advantage
