Job Description

We are an independent investment banking firm specialising in equity fund-raising and corporate advisory. Licensed by the MAS and accredited as an approved IPO manager by the Singapore Exchange, we are also a Full Sponsor to SGX-Catalist companies.

Responsibilities:

Assist/lead in the execution of various corporate finance transactions such as issue manager (IM) for initial public offerings (IPOs) and rights issues, financial adviser (FA) and independent financial adviser (IFA) for privatisations, general offers (GOs) and reverse take-overs (RTOs), interested person transactions (IPTs), mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Assist in the origination of transactions through participating in origination meetings and discussion with clients. Provide financial and corporate advice to clients in our capacity as sponsor, issue manager, placement agent and/or financial advisor. Lead in the review of transaction documents such as prospectus, due diligence reports, accountant's reports and marketing documents such as pitch books and newsletters. Liaise and cultivate relationships with clients, professional parties and regulatory authorities to work towards successful completion of transactions. [Optional] Exposure to / assist in equity sales works and projects.

Have a curious mind, be adaptable to changes and willingness to explore new ideas and methods Highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and work as a team player Have a keen interest to expand personal network With 2 to 5 years of corporate finance, auditing or valuation experience Responsible, meticulous, strong analytical ability and good communication and writing skills Degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance Good command of English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients and staff which are mainly English and Mandarin speaking Able to travel for work assignments when required Management and coordination of junior staff across teams * Experience in equity sales is a plus
