In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for sourcing, leading and prioritizing initiatives, which the Customer Centre (CC) will execute and implement. The incumbent will ensure that all details pertaining to the flow of services are maintained on an ongoing basis to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external customers.
The role will also champion the Strategic Cost Management (SCM) initiatives aligned with CC\'s strategy to enhance the Centre\'s journey from a Service model to Service-Sales Model at optimal efficiency.
