In Group Tech, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities Perform production support which include Application onboarding and application matrix updates to in-house IAM tools within SLA. Support the preparations of data in preparations of onboarding and Audits Track issue raised by users and follow up until closure. Document and maintain operating procedures Develop scripts to automate workRequirements Working experience in production support roles in large enterprise IAM environment Scripting skills to develop scripts for automation Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience is a MUST.
