In Group Tech, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities

• Perform production support which include Application onboarding and application matrix updates to in-house IAM tools within SLA.
• Support the preparations of data in preparations of onboarding and Audits
• Track issue raised by users and follow up until closure.
• Document and maintain operating procedures
• Develop scripts to automate work

Requirements

• Working experience in production support roles in large enterprise IAM environment
• Scripting skills to develop scripts for automation
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience is a MUST.
• Good working knowledge of Access Management lifecycle and process
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in banking or financial services institutions preferred
