In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for driving and supporting system enhancement projects/initiatives for sanctions screening, ensuring key project deliverables and timelines are met.
Responsibilities:

• Proactively lead and drive projects on the utilization of GenAI for the Sanctions Screening Workflow (SSW) system, which include requirement gathering, assessment/evaluation with Data Chapter team and other key stakeholders, crafting of test cases, coordinating User Acceptance Testing and weekend Live Verification.
• Support &/or project manage initiatives relating to system enhancements for the Enterprise-Wide Surveillance System (EWSS) Actimize system and/or sanctions screening related initiatives in collaboration with IBGO, Compliance and Technology teams.
• To assist with any other ad-hoc reviews or tasks.

Requirements:

• University degree with at least 5 years of experience working in financial institutions, in a project, technology and/or change management capacity for corporate banking.
• Strong understanding of GenAI (including Agentic AI), Prompt Engineering and experience in its application to business processes.
• Knowledge of Cash Payments/SWIFT messages and sanctions screening is highly preferred.
• Team player, with good interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
• Able to work with ambiguity, proactive, self-starter, with a positive can-do attitude.
