The EDB Brand Marketing and Communications division undertakes the development and implementation of EDB\xe2\x80\x99s global marketing and communication strategies to reach and engage our international business audiences and stakeholders in EDB\xe2\x80\x99s key markets. The Brand team is responsible for the translation of EDB\xe2\x80\x99s business and marketing objectives into branding strategies and work plans. The role of Manager/ Senior Associate, Brand assists with the execution of EDB\xe2\x80\x99s branding efforts, centred around the translation of a unified nation brand \xe2\x80\x9cBrand SG - Passion Made Possible\xe2\x80\x9d, to EDB\xe2\x80\x99s business audience. You will work as part of the team, with Senior Managers and external agencies to develop, drive and execute a bold and sound brand strategy that positions Singapore as desirable business destination. The key responsibilities for this role include the following work streams: Brand Campaign
Manage integrated brand campaign across paid, earned, owned and partner channels. This involves campaign strategy, execution of campaign plans, and performance reporting
Localise the campaign in our key markets including Germany, Japan, Singapore, UK and the US. This would include working with international markets colleagues to integrate campaign messaging within their plans
Brand Proliferation
Develop and govern a suite of Brand SG and EDB assets and toolkits including visual assets, design templates, merchandise to build brand awareness and drive brand proliferation and love
Support whole-of-government adoption of Brand SG through partnership with sister agencies
Perform brand guardianship role to ensure accurate application across EDB and partner touchpoints
The successful candidate should have/be:
A degree in relevant disciplines including, but not limited to Marketing, Mass Communications, New Media, Humanities
Minimum 4 years of experience in a marketing agency or a corporate/government-side marketing communications/corporate communications role
Strong project management skills and execution excellence
Strong analytical skills
Integrated thinking across channels, with a keen ability in fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders for success
Resourceful and independent, able to deliver quality work with limited supervision
