Job Description
$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Responsible for on-site troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of Video Conferencing System and Audio Visual System
- Provide service support and maintenance to end users
- Ensure timely case closure
- Maintain and update service report
- Respond to technical enquiries and resolve technical problems
- Liaise with distributors/vendors on technical information
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Min Diploma / Degree Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- AV Servicing experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
