Role Overview:




We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Avaloq SME to lead strategic initiatives and transformation programs within the private banking domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Avaloq architecture, functionality, and data, combined with strong leadership and client engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:



Solution Leadership: Drive large-scale Avaloq transformation programs from design to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Presales Engagement: Lead presales discussions, solutioning, and proposal development for Avaloq-related opportunities. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing Avaloq teams; lead by example and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance on Avaloq architecture and private banking processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Innovation: Explore and apply AI-driven solutions within private banking to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Avaloq Expertise:



Avaloq Certified Professional and Specialist. Minimum 17 years of hands-on experience in Avaloq architecture, functionality, and data management. Proven track record in delivering large-scale Avaloq transformation programs.

Domain Knowledge:



Strong understanding of private banking business processes and products. Conversant with regulatory frameworks in private banking. Awareness of AI applications in financial services.

Leadership & Soft Skills:



Ability to lead presales and solutioning discussions with clients. High energy, positive attitude, and a can-do mindset. Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire teams.
