GFT is recognized by industry analysts such as Everest Group as a leader among global mid-sized Service Integrators and ranks in the Top 20 for leading global Service Integrators in exponential technologies like Open Banking, Blockchain, Digital Banking, and App Services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment activities include backend service and operation development, proposing architectural decisions, participating in designs, design review, coding, code review and implementation of products bridging [ Crypto.com ]( http://crypto.com/ ) to developers and end-users;Develop our Crypto.com Card products and expand our product to new regions and counties.Provide technical operational support to resolve customer issueYou\'re the project owner, and here, we embrace innovation by staying open to new technologies and encouraging experimentation.Identify issues and implement solutions for complex problems within large-scale backend infrastructure;Manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities;Collaborate closely with the DevOps and Infra team to improve the technology stack for long-term engineering initiatives.RequirementsAt least 5 years of working experience in a related positionInterested in building first-class product to solve real world problems, experienced with various technologies, self-motivated, a fast learner and have a "get things done" mentalityHumble to embrace better ideas from others, eager to make things better, open to challenges and possibilitiesStrong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and having the ability to juggle conflicting requirements from many different stakeholdersUnderstanding of financial domain knowledge / Blockchain technology would be an advantageProficiency in Ruby, with Golang experience would be an advantageKnowledge in Postgres, Redis, Kafka is preferred.Experienced in handling scalability, security and performance optimizationAbout UsWe show commitment to our investors and stand for solid, long-term growth performance.
