• Own and drive requirements throughout the development lifecycle for the product, including architecture/design, implementation, testing, and launch
• Lead design discussions on data models, architectural framework, and business logic
• Lead backend strategy for data flows as well as model and backtesting modules
• Work with your teammates in an unstructured environment to solve diverse technical challenges
• Partner with various teams to leverage existing and new technologies, integrating them to create a seamless experience for our users
• Ability to architect medium to large scale systems
• Set, maintain and increase standards for development to reduce complexity
• Familiar with Scrum environment
• Knowledge in data gathering, manipulation and analysis
• Experience with Flutter, and cloud services such as AWS/GCP
• Mobile development familiarity; iOS/Android
• Experience between managing and switching between Dev and Dev/Ops environments

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Backend Development
• Proficient and experience in PHP, RESTful APIs, Python, Node.js, Ruby, SQL, NoSQL
• Familiar with web application framework (e.g Laravel, Ruby on Rails, Django and etc)
• Familiar with databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and etc)
• Familiar with the best practices & latest technologies
• Knowledge in designing and building scalable application (e.g. Elasticsearch)
• Good understanding of the website architecture (Database, API, proxies, web services)
• Good understanding of cloud provider such as Google Cloud Provider
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
• Independent and proactive yet a strong team player
