Responsibilities
*Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and manual brew coffee beverages. *Provide on-the-job training to new staff. *Assist with opening and closing duties, stock replenishment, floor cleanliness, and POS transactions. *Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally. *Lead and support junior baristas/part time staff during shifts. *Enforce food safety and hygiene standards at all times. *Suggest new beverages and contribute to menu innovation if required. *Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering coffee beans, milk, and other cafe supplies. *Contribute ideas for creative concepts, seasonal promotions, or product improvements. *Provide suggestions on marketing content, store displays, or customer engagement that align with the brand's identity.
Requirements
*Minimum 2-3 years of barista experience in a cafe or F&B setting. *Prior experience in a supervisory or senior role is an advantage. *Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment (e.g. espresso machines, grinders, pour-over). *Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
