Job Scope

Responsible for the planning and development of data center architecture, as well as offline and real-time business indicator systems. Design and implement data service tools to improve data development efficiency, build data service platforms/products to empower business teams, and support business innovation. Build offline and real-time data warehouses based on big data platforms, including architecture design, ETL design, process optimization, and metadata system design. Manage the overall data lifecycle covering production, modeling, application, and quality control systems. Develop offline and real-time business indicator systems, perform large-scale data integration and analysis, and mine user, product, and potential data insights to provide a comprehensive data platform supporting sales, risk management, and operations decision-making. Lead and manage the big data warehouse (offline and real-time) technical team, including talent development and capability building in both business understanding and technical expertise.

Requirement

Over 6 years of experience in big data or algorithm-related work At least 5 years in big data platform architecture and data development. Experience in leading Internet companies, financial industry experience or large-scale technology firms is preferred. Strong logical thinking and innovation mindset; familiarity with algorithms and understanding of their underlying principles. Excellent communication and coordination skills, proactive in building close collaboration with business teams and driving business transformation. Familiar with big data scheduling and performance tuning; ability to read and modify source code.
