Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM

About the Role

We are seeking experienced

Senior / BIM Coordinators (Electrical / Mechanical)

to join our team for a hospital project. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful healthcare infrastructure while working with a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and draft MEP layouts, section details, space management plans, and plant room details. Prepare detailed coordination drawings and ensure accuracy across disciplines. Develop shop drawings and As-Built drawings using

Revit software

. Extract and interpret information from architectural, structural, and other discipline drawings. Support Project Managers and Engineers in coordination, planning, and site visits/meetings when required.
Requirements

Education:

Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent. Specialist Diploma in BIM is an advantage.

Experience:

3-8 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination, preferably with hospital project exposure. Proactive, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
